Description
Genuine leather, a round toe, and nothing else. This is the shoe to buy when you want a leather loafer that does its job and does not announce itself — no bit, no tassel, no broguing, no contrast stitching. The whole design rests on the shape of the vamp and the quality of the hide.
The toe is round rather than pointed or squared, which is the most forgiving of the three across the joints and the least likely to date. Inside, a PU lining over a rubber footbed; underneath, a rubber outsole, low and quiet. Coverage stops below the ankle.
Two colourways, black and brown, which is all a shoe like this needs. Black goes with tailoring, brown goes with everything else. The size run is generous — UK 5½ to UK 12 — which makes it one of the easier shoes in the range to buy for.
