Description
Nothing on it, and cut very low. The topline sits well below the ankle bone and dips at the sides, so the shoe shows the instep and stays out of the way of a cropped trouser — the proportion that has made this shape the default summer loafer.
The upper has a fine matte nap with no ornament of any kind: no bit, no strap, no keeper, no visible stitching in a contrast thread. The whole shoe rests on the line of the vamp. Inside, PU lining and footbed; underneath, a slim rubber sole that keeps the profile low.
Three colourways: black, cream and dark brown. Dark brown is the one that will get worn most, black the most formal, and cream the summer shoe that will show its wear soonest.
