Description
Two details make this one. The toe is cut square, which is the shape that has quietly replaced the almond on most modern loafers — it reads as current and gives the toes more room across the joints. And the vamp is spliced: built from panels seamed together rather than cut from a single piece, so the upper has visible structure rather than being a smooth expanse.
A metal buckle sits across the splice. It does not fasten anything — the shoe slips on — but it is what makes this look like an office shoe rather than a weekend one. Inside, a synthetic lining over a TPR footbed; underneath, rubber.
Two colourways: navy and tan. Navy is the one that works under tailoring; tan is warmer and better with denim and cream. The material was listed as PU, with some ambiguity in the product title.
